Hi Son Pls help review the test result. 1. Test result : In the case of color balance test NG last tested total 195 /559pcs , The test report the color balance test result for each LED 1 to 11. ( Att file ) 2. One more question, What about the right side LED test results? Only left test results were reported. => The right side LED also had test results similar to the left side LED. Hi Son I have some question about this Q1. Please report LED used HUE code of Swan so far production. [An] We sent email to vendor update it and provide next week before 08/31 Q2. How to manage HUE code management during production? [An] We have the left 5K not SMT yet. We will control them by DC and MO(Manufacturing Order) Q3. about DC_230624 bin code range, it looks spec out. Please explain more details that why reported normal? [An] DC 230624, there are some out bin code 257 but still in bin code 239. This bin code is in of 16 bin code so still in standard. |

HI An and Miya, basically understand using different HUE code. but this is only one LED is used in the product. My point of view to solve the issue, I need to check the following - Different HUE codes for one product should not be applied - Different HUE codes cannot be applied to the same production lot (MO) - Different production specifications for each HUE code that's why I request HUE code management. We understand to finish the remaining production this year. first check if all remaining quantities can be produced with the same HUE code. THanks SON |

Hi An, Thank you for your reports, I confirm the waiver for color balance test spec 90% to 85% but, this waiver is only for this year production. for the next year production, continue to discuss 0001788:0013992 and update the color balance test spec. Please note that, ALT and Inkel was agreed replace NG housing immediately. if factory find the NG housing, please mark the "NG" on the housing. because to do not reuse at vender side. Thanks SON |
